Log In to the online DBS Application System

Step 1: The APPLICANT creates their online application form:

Please select the correct application type you require by clicking on the relevant box below: 

1. Create a Standard DBS/Enhanced Enhanced DBS application or
2. Create a Basic DBS/Basic Disclosure Scotland application.  

You will need an Organisation Reference and Organisation Code to log-in.  These will be provided by the person who directed you to here (ie: your employer/recruiting organisation) 

If you don't have any log-in details or you are not sure which type of check you need, please contact the person that directed you to this site.

Step 2: APPLICATION MANAGER / ID CHECKER verifies the ID:

 You will need your Application Manager / ID Checker LOGIN DETAILS:

• Organisation Reference
• Username (your email address)
• Date of Birth
• Your confidential Application Manager / ID Checker Password
